Booking Policy:
- Bookings close 4 days before the rental date. Sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute rentals. Please call us if it is less then 4 days before your event.
- Included with your rental is ONE 50ft hose (if you have a water unit) and ONE 50ft extension cord. If your unit is going to be further then 50ft from the nearest electrical outlet or water spigot YOU will need to let us know at the time of the reservation so we can try to accommodate the extra hose and electrical cord OR you may need to provide these items to extend off of ours.
- You WILL NEED a level area with no wires above where the inflatable is going for installation.
- Our units cannot be out in inclement weather. If inclement weather is forecasted and there is a 30% or higher chance of rain or 20mph wind guests expected, your rental MAY need to be rescheduled or canceled. We will make all weather-related decisions by 8pm the night before your rental.
- We make a delivery schedule the week of rentals with preference to early bookings and distance. We reach out via text to confirm your delivery and pick up times a few days before your rental. Delivery and pick up times will depend on that day’s route and the timeframe usually cannot be adjusted. Please make sure that your availability is flexible to be there when the crew arrives for both delivery and pick up.
